Fast visible results! After two weeks of taking it, the serious irritation on my skin (an allergy to cold for the past five years) has disappeared. I live in Siberia, where it reaches -42°C. I take two capsules daily. I shall continue!

Long shelf life and excellent storage jar. I immediately noticed a decrease in dry skin after using the omega. My issues stemmed from a lack of fat-soluble vitamins and fatty acids. After a course of fish oil, my severe dry skin, which is particularly problematic in winter, improved. The peeling and discomfort disappeared. Additionally, Omega-3 has improved my hair growth!

The concentration of individual fatty acids isn't high, but in this complex, they are in a balanced ratio, making them effective. I have a cold allergy and in autumn and winter, my skin is often very flaky. Creams provide little relief. However, this complex helped my skin adapt to the cold quicker, eliminating the flaking.

Prepare your skin for winter! As the cold weather sets in, our skin becomes more vulnerable. I decided to try Solgar Omega 3-6-9 after a recommendation. I took it for three months, one capsule three times a day. The results exceeded my expectations: no cracks or dryness, and while I had slight peeling in the forehead area, I addressed it with a hyaluronic acid emulsion. My hair also stopped splitting. Good complex. Highly recommend!
